Got him to a job interview, and if he actually does get the position, it'll put him at a brand new place just starting in the same town where we've been working at and come with a slight pay increase. He wouldn't be making bad honestly at the store, if they would just give him free time.

Managed to avoid telling a co-worker off when, as she so often tries to do, she tried to suggest I wasn't doing right when I was following the team lead's orders. It doesn't help that we started at the same time and I have way more experience with computers and call centers than she does...

Tried to take it easy.

I succeeded at demonstrating that sometimes the correct solution to a problem is unplugging it and plugging it back in. As well as finally getting data to a place where I felt confident all of it had been copied without incident or interruption.
