Ran the Roomba in my bedroom;

Emptied the Roomba's dirt storage compartment into the outside food organics garden organics bin;

Ran the Roomba in my bedroom again;

Washed laundry and hung it on the washing line;

My husband got attacked last night. In our own yard. And he can't use his military training because of a failure when he tried for a promotion and didn't make it through the tragic training. So he can't claim it or he'll go to jail. Not to mention I've seen what he can do with that stuff. If he lets it kick in on some idiot trying to make a name for themselves... He'll end up going to jail anyway.

So it's been kinda hard to find a yay, but I finally did.

I am now officially keeping track of our bank ledgers again, updating them with every transaction and keeping both up to date rather than, you know, like most people (including us previously) seem to be doing, just calling the card and checking on it. I am taking better control of our finances.

We ARE ever so freaking SLOWLY climbing up, but we ARE climbing TOGETHER.

Hung out for part of the day again w/neighbor across the hall. Last night he twisted his foot or ankle somehow, but he iced it during the night thinking it would be better by this morning. But it wasn't, so he went to the nearest Immediate Care facility. Fortunately there is one located practically right across the street. They were pretty busy when he went, so they asked him to come back. He did that with one of his tutors, and they took some X-rays. Turns out he has a hairline fracture, so they splinted it and his local sister-in-law is taking him on Monday to see his orthopedist. So I was over across the hall keeping him company.

Managed to do some more coursework, and I discovered in the process that Open University has some other fun and free stuff to do on their site.
