We're slowly starting to do better again.

He ACED his OSHA in ONE day.

He's set to graduate Nov 16, and he could be starting here at my job on Nov 14, but he also has an interview Friday with WalMart. It's a hour away, though, from here, and this is already a half hour from where we're currently staying. But a hotel for a while may be in order. :) In some ways, it would be a welcome relief to everything we're dealing with at Daddy's place, but at the same time, it means giving up on certain relationships (that aren't healthy for us) and animals (of which we've ended up taking in waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too many again). But it's also WAY better living conditions, so that's a definite plus.

Me, I'm still plugging away at the same job and struggling with my emotions some days. I do believe I'd be way happier at the hotel. But then there's the finances too.

So many decisions to make, and for various reasons, our timeframe for being able to take our, well, time to make them may swiftly be coming to an end...

Hung out again w/neighbor across the hall, and saw some other neighbors at the mandatory weekly meeting.





Got some more coursework done. Additionally, looked over some information about a brand-new course which was just launched today on another platform. This particular platform was only launched in the spring of this year, and I registered on there too. The course which launched today is going to be taught by a well-known disability-rights activist here in the US, and I briefly checked out her personal website and sent a message to her. I'm probably going to take her course, but not at this time as I want to finish the Openlearn course that I'm taking.
