Celebrated the toddler's second birthday, with banana pancakes and presents!

It really does fly - unless you're pregnant. Then it drags out agonisingly slowly, especially the third trimester. (Bored of backache and not sleeping now.) :P

Went to the most touching, sweet, funny perfect wedding celebration, for two amazing people who could on their twentieth anniversary finally get married (being a same-sex couple, that wasn't possible until this year).

Aw, that sounds wonderful. My Twitter timeline yesterday was full of pictures from said event, I believe!

It's entirely possible. :) Especially if there were pictures of the happy grooms appearing looking like Steed from The Avengers, or a Dalek made of fudge, or anything to do with Legos.

I think that must have been it, then. There were also a lot of grinning people in fabulous waistcoats and hats.

Yes, there were an inordinate number of both! I was envious, but have neither.

I got through work and managed to get everything done, or at least close enough to pass, even though half the people in my section didn't want to do their damn jobs.

I cleaned the gross pink mold from my bathroom, and managed to stop myself from going into full cleaning binge.
