Today I called the local church and got informations for their weekly, free knitting & sewing course/group.
I can't wait to see if I'll like it on Wednesday!

Drove down to the lake and went for a very long walk to stretch my legs and get away from the house for a couple of hours.

It was. I really enjoyed watching all the waterfowl bobbing and diving, especially the buffleheads and pintails.

Yep, you're on my short list of favorite communities. I tapped all the relevant ones today; some are only meant to be active intermittently. I included awesomeers in my post with a description, so hopefully you'll get some new folks swinging by here.

I walked the dog & went to visit the community garden. It has a free box & little free library. Today there was also a box of not great but still edible apples. I didn't take any but it was nice to see.
