I stood up for myself at the hospital after four people had each tried at least three times to find a vein with no luck and said "look, enough is enough, you're not going to find anything new now and I want to go home."

Bought new shoes for work.

I bought a new pillow designed for CPAP users. Hoping it results in more refreshing sleep.

I told the shop assistant at the chemist that I didn't like it when she zoomed up to me and got in my face the second I came in the door, and if I wanted help, I'd ask. Only I put it more diplomatically.

First three hours of lab demonstration completed. Nice bunch of students, but sadly the worst gender ratio I've encountered in six years of teaching third-year physics instrumentation. There are twenty students. One is female. :/

According to the admissions stats, the gender ratio in Physics has been getting worse over the past few years. However, most years with the third year and master's students, it's been better, because we get exchange students coming in from other universities to do a year here. I don't know why it's so bad this year.
