1. Cut, pulled, and uprooted weeds which were up to 1.6 metres tall

that were growing between my back door

and my washing line

so that I can hang out laundry without getting me/clean washing covered in itchy weed pollen.

2. Showered and washed my hair.

Last time I tackled weeds I spent 7 days feeling really unwell and feverish

from either overexertion or weed pollen exposure

(definitely not a virus as I had been isolating at home for weeks on end and having zero face to face contact with anyone)

so I am hoping that this doesn't happen again
