Freed a magpie from a trap. It looked uninjured, thankfully.

Made the appointment call for the necessary thing. Did the shopping despite a big case of No feelings. Got a signup done and put most of an ending on a writing project.

Woke up to find that a Household Crisis had already been Handled while I was out. Hooray, living with people who can handle things!

Went shopping, mindful of the freezer space.

Made an executive decision about some ingredients.

Found a substitute, and worked around the kitchen sink situation. Figured that I would not be able to finish the project before bedtime, and found a pausing place.
