I cycled all the way to work this morning and all the way back again this afternoon, a total of about 37 km. E-bikes are amazing, but my knees would very much like to know just who the hell I think I am.

We cleared a huge amount of sticks and fallen tree so Doug could mow.

Helped celebrate my nephew's birthday in style. They ordered tacos from a local restaurant, and we had lunch at their house. The tacos were excellent, and they came with beans and rice. His mother---a.k.a., my sister--made an ice-cream pie and he opened gifts. He officially becomes a teenager tomorrow.





Hung out last night with 2 neighbors. They found my keys, which we thought were misplaced but it turned out they slid back in the drawer. They also did my dishes, which I greatly appreciated.

Ran the dishes repeatedly and often, so that we could achieve dishbox zero.

Filled my pillboxes for 8 weeks ahead, which my watch registered as a workout of over 2,500 steps.
