I signed up for a preliminary consultation with a nutritionist that works with gut and hormonal health. It's scheduled for Friday morning. I'm going to start a new job soon, so I don't know how much I'll be able to implement things (my job will provide lunch, which is a perk, but it means I won't be in control of some of the food I intake). I also don't know whether I'll be able to afford her. But I feel accomplished for trying.

Got housemate to the mechanic in time to pick up car. 2+ hours away, before adding in the mandatory trip to my credit union and a necessary lunch break.

Reacted sensibly when my car popped the Check Engine light, and requested help reading the engine code, since I was driving.

Didn't panic when I got lost simultaneous with losing cell signal.

Filled pill boxes before I went to bed.

I gave my first ever seminar to an extremely knowledgeable audience on the new line of research I'm leading. It was quite scary but it seems to have gone well.
