Rescued an escaped kitten from inside the engine block of our car. It only took 3 hours. And tuna. 😬 🐟 🤦🏽‍♀️

Thanks, it was quite stressful! We weren't planning to introduce them to outdoors for another month at least. He slipped out a window. Just glad he didn't go far.

Moved a hose that was a trip hazard on the path down the side of my house;

Put recycling in the outside recycling bin;

Picked up some small rocks and put them on top of the recycling bin in the hope that the stormy weather tomorrow and Monday doesn't blow the bin lid open/blow the bin over

We managed to use a cinema ticket gift card today, which doesn't sound like much in the way of an accomplishment at first, but that's because you don't know how poor the information on them is about how to activate and use them. We got it activated and a piece of paper printed with the relevant barcodes on them, but then we couldn't work out how to book seats without also buying a ticket. So in the end we just took our barcodes with us to the cinema and went to the ticket office to speak to a person! And therein lies the accomplishment for two introverts. (It helped that it sounded like the people in front of us had encountered a similar problem)

In case of interest, we saw Dungeons&Dragons: Honour among Thieves, which was both funny and also a good story.

An abbreviated shopping trip, in line with my energy levels.

I put away the things that needed refrigerating.

Started to sort through some snacks.
