It's challenge time!

Comment with Just One Thing that you've accomplished in the past 24 hours or so. It doesn't have to be a hard thing, or even a thing you think is particularly awesome. Just a thing that you did.

Feel free to share more than one thing if you're feeling accomplished!

Extra credit: find someone in the comments and give them props for what they achieved!

Nothing is too big, too small, too strange, or too cryptic. And in case you'd rather do this in private, anonymous comments are screened. I will only unscreen if you ask me to.

Go!

Oof. I had about four and that seems bad enough! I hope you got some rest and recuperation time, at least.

I enjoy it, so it doesn't feel hard. Except that it's stressful: my friend has nothing but praise for my work and is grateful for my help, but my standards in someone else's house are always much higher than they would be for myself, so I'm anxious that what I'm doing may disappoint.

Feeling much better now than when I woke up. I'm really, really happy about that.

I helped plan a retreat today for activists to come together and plan for the next year. I broke the ice by doing the silliest "no-talent talent show" segment. (I hope it broke the ice.) I developed and ran a breakout session. I helped run another breakout session. I reported back from that one.

I spoke in front of a fucking room full of people and I didn't lose it completely that me, shy, timid, quiet, note-taker me was one of the people up front and saying hello and friendly and out there to make people feel comfortable.

And I only almost had a meltdown on someone once.

That's a lot to do! I've had days a bit like that and know how overwhelming they can be. Well done you.

Thank you! It was especially overwhelming because I'm still not used to this whole new me.
