Made not one but two medical admin calls.
Completed my 24 hour lab test on time and in good order.
Picked up my partner from work.
Turned on the navigation in good time.
Did a little joyride freewheeling while waiting for my appointment
Communicated what kind of pain I was likely to be in, I think effectively
Got through 2 other errands!
