My boyfriend asked if I'd go Christmas shopping with him in Manchester today. I love him so much that I said yes rather than "are you insane/a glutton for punishment?" :) It was frustrating and awful and crowded and we feel lucky to have escaped. But he got a bunch of his presents bought!

Augh, that sounds like the time I went to London's Oxford Street on a Saturday with some visiting American friends. It took me about a week to recover from it. Well done for accomplishing your mission!

I played in a short LARP session. (I then repeated an injury to my knee I'd done earlier today, so the session ended slightly early, but fun was still had by all, so success!)

Thanksgiving dinner for my British friends! For a few of them it was their first, and they said they enjoyed it very much. Especially the pies.
