Looked after a friend's toddler so she could attend a hospital appointment.

Despite a myriad of hassles (long train delays, me starting that time of month, freezing weather, the pizza place not opening for another three hours after we got there), my friend and I went to the big shrine we wanted to see and got a slice of pizza.

Survived a frustrating, dehumanizing, and in the end entirely pointless appointment at the job centre.

Yeah, any time I think I have a chance at getting help to sort my life out, it turns out that I totally don't and I just have to do everything myself. Which is why it's taking so long to do it! :)
