Actually picked up my phone and talked through a whole Important Call! My housemate was on standby nearby in case I needed to bow out of the call, but I made it!!

Work out went great.





Texted a sister happy birthday. I'm going to my parents' place this afternoon to help celebrate, and to get my hearing aids looked at. The volume on one of them has gone down to the lowest setting, and based on what I found out online I think it just needs to be reset via the smartphone app. But I'm liking the hearing aids thus far.

Managed to get to Pilates, clean the kitchen surfaces, and get out of the house in time to take kiddo's glasses to be checked. There was a pin dropping out of the hinge. Sorted now. Then pottered through the kitchen and bathroom showrooms to see what's out there (recent events mean that we won't be doing anything about this for A While, but last time I spent literal years drawing out ideas for our kitchen and identifying things I wanted to do better, and it made our eventual refit so much better. And it's fun, in the same way that flicking through magazines is fun)

Then to grab lunch, basics at the supermarket, and a prescription, and home. I am now collapsed in a heap

Did able-bodied adult things.

Scrounged enough sleep to be safe driving.

Took housemate to appointment and errands.

Fed and watered a sick draggon.

Laundry and dishes.
