Went for my first proper trip outside the house (not just to the garden or the postbox) since the baby was born. Walked along the canal towpath with the family and stopped by the pub on the way home.

It was great! It'll probably be a few days before I have the energy to attempt it again, though.

It must have been nice to get out and about. I hope the weather held up.

It was lovely. The weather's been cold and clear for several days now. The only down side of it is the icy roads/paths, but I'm walking pretty slowly still anyway so haven't slipped.
