Spent some quality time with my boyfriend, for the first time in about a month!

It's not that long-distance a relationship, but it feels like it sometimes.

Went for an hour-long walk with baby in the sling. Feeling strong!

Fed the birds. Paid a bill. Did lots of bite-size cleaning.

Used stuff I already had to make an accessibility intermediate step for my smaller, tail-less kitty who doesn't jump as high so she can get up to the cat perch in the dining area. Also helped build her confidence around using it via treats, toys, and my other kitty showing her it was fun.

I went to work, and it was the first day after my favourite co-worker was sacked, so I was all alone, but I didn't even have a panic attack. Score!

On the theme of letting myself need help: told another person that I am having a hard time, was offered support in the form of person to vent to/hot chocolate buddy/help with things, and am considering opening up more to said person, whom I usually think of as "but she's a professional person who wouldn't care about me! Why??" I am learning to trust people.

I made it to Bible study at my church. It was interesting and a lot of fun, and I will definitely go for the second session.
