It's challenge time!

Comment with Just One Thing that you've accomplished in the past 24 hours or so. It doesn't have to be a hard thing, or even a thing you think is particularly awesome. Just a thing that you did.

Feel free to share more than one thing if you're feeling accomplished!

Extra credit: find someone in the comments and give them props for what they achieved!

Nothing is too big, too small, too strange, or too cryptic. And in case you'd rather do this in private, anonymous comments are screened. I will only unscreen if you ask me to.

List as many things as you can to illustrate what a wonderful person you are: personality traits, accomplishments, friends you've made, children you've raised, bad habits you've kicked, adversity you've overcome, anything and everything you can think of to capture the success in your life. Don't hold back!

Try to list at least fifteen things. Then bookmark the comment or entry and, anytime you're having a down day, come back and look at it, for a confidence booster.
