Went to art class.

Went to tutoring.

Admitted feelings for tutor. Received implied rebuff; handled it better than I thought.

Told hurting friend what happened, who seemed to derive some feelings of strength from it. If being rejected can help my friend recognize her own value, then it was worth it.

I do think I am entitled to take the rest of the day to regroup, though.
