It's challenge time!
Comment with Just One Thing you've accomplished in the last 24 hours or so. It doesn't have to be a hard thing, or even a thing that you think is particularly awesome. Just a thing that you did.
Feel free to share more than one thing if you're feeling particularly accomplished!
Extra credit: find someone in the comments and give them props for what they achieved!
Nothing is too big, too small, too strange or too cryptic. And in case you'd rather do this in private, anonymous comments are screened. I will only unscreen if you ask me to.
Go!

Date: 2017-03-25 09:25 pm (UTC)Got upset during a conversation with my partner this morning about PLANS and PEOPLE and STRESS (I wonder why?) but with her help, redirected to honest conversation, emotional release and asking for comfort. Went back to bed to try to start over, rested, and indeed got back up feeling better.
Today is an odd day because of travel plans for next week... Trying to roll with it.

Date: 2017-03-26 12:19 am (UTC)Went to tutoring.
Admitted feelings for tutor. Received implied rebuff; handled it better than I thought.
Told hurting friend what happened, who seemed to derive some feelings of strength from it. If being rejected can help my friend recognize her own value, then it was worth it.
I do think I am entitled to take the rest of the day to regroup, though.
