But there was one time that we were both in a chat and someone came in looking for the admins because they had discovered someone left a note suggesting they were in peril. My partner, without previous coordination from me, started calmly interviewing the scared friend while I started hunting down the admins. It was exactly what needed doing and while user in peril calls are always super stressful, I felt supported instead of panicked and alone. So we have that history.
